If you are flashing it, it is the one that says update_mk808b_v407j2404_overseas.img.
There is one over at geekbuying with the name of update_mk808b_v5.0_106j2104.img which is supposed to fix the Netflix issue, but I tested it and found that it is also 4.2.2 and it breaks wifi and bluetooth. Previous firmwares worked fine though.
